Contents The book describes the modelling language called ”The Unified Modeling Language” (UML) which is a standard language for the visualization, specification, construction and documentation of software-intensive systems. The language and its modelling tools can also be used in the modelling task of product modelling projects.
Recommendation It is a book with many technical terms. A prerequisite for reading the book is some knowledge of object-oriented modelling techniques and coding. However, the book contributes with a de facto standard within the object-oriented modelling task (Jesper Riis).
